Bookmark
A bookmark link can be created using the bookmark function (Ctrl-D for Windows or Cmd-D for Mac) of your browser. Choose a name for the bookmark and select the folder in which you want it saved.
Corpus Albicans - after a corpus luteum ceases to function it degrades into a fibrous scar that is eventually removed. There are many of them in this specimen.
Atretic Follicles (#1 and #2) - follicles that fail to reach maturity and ovulation degrade by atresia. The disintegration of the granulosa stratum by apoptosis is an early event.
